What is the difference between the STI Recaro seat and the stock one in the SIT? Is it just stiffer? Also would the STI Recaro or the Prodrive Sport require any new sliders?

The Recaro seat is MUCH more supportive, and in my opinion, much more comfortable. It will also shave some pounds off your car, but they don't have the stock seat's side airbags.
