We should have the flat black in stock within about 2 weeks, once they come back from our finishing supplier. I'll be sure to post pics as soon as we have some

Hi everyone,

Check out the updated first post, we have the first engraved shift knobs in the popular satin finish now in stock! I just installed it in my STi to take pictures, the result matches perfectly the interior of the car.

Thanks,

Kevin

Hi cpunlamd,

The M1 Abrams RL with engraved shift pattern is on sale for $125 shipped everywhere in the United States. This option is not yet on our website, you can check out the Group buy Thread here on iwsti for more details.

You can order the shift knob through Paypal, or call us toll free at 1-877-655-0540 to place your order with Visa or MasterCard.

Feel free to contact us if you have more questions!

I'm considering a heavier knob. It's between this or the kartboy one for me. Are there any big differences between the two?

Hi Nick_GDB,

The TWM M1 Abrams RL is made of stainless steel so it's heavy (approx. 400 grams) and available in 5 different finishes. From what I know of Kartboy shift knobs, they are made of aluminium so they are much lighter than the M1. The added weight of the TWM shift knob helps to smooth out your shift feel, an aluminium shift knob would feel more like the stock unit.

We will have a look at making more shift knobs reverse-lock compatible in the coming months, however we do not have an ETA at the moment since we have a couple of short shifter projects to finalize before that.

Of course, we will keep you guys updated when we have more products for the STi!

Thanks,

Frank
