Mini-FAQ
What is the expected turn around time on most of your products and services?
Turn around time varies depending on the service and the size of the queue at the time. If an issue arises that potentially lengthens this process you will be notified immediately. Special orders are, of course, a different case and generally require time to develop patterns, test fit, etc.

When you say unconditional warranty, are you being serious?
But of course! If you receive a product and are displeased or simply flat out unhappy with it you may contact us to obtain a replacement, refund or substitute. Why shouldn't you be able to do this? It is your hard earned money, you deserve to receive what you paid for.

I cannot decide between Alcantara or Suede, what's the best?
As with most things, the "best" depends on several subjective and objective factors. Alcantara is without a doubt one of the finest materials for automotive upholstery out there today. Alcantara's ability to withstand wear, UV damage (sun light), stains and the like is second to none.

I have the best idea ever for a new product that I think you all will love!

What exactly does the perforated blue Alcantara look like. What the hell does perforated mean anyway?
Webster defines perforation as...Who am I kidding here, this isnt a high-school paper

Perforation refers to the punching of several tiny symmetrical holes in a variety of materials. In this case, think of the material on your STi seats. Here is a photo of the perforated blue Alcantara.

Is it possible for me to purchase just the material?
At this time we do not resell our material. However, if have a particular project in mind we would love to help you out

Do you sell DIY kits?
We have received plenty of PM's about this and the answer is no. Our reasoning for this is quite simple. By sending us core swap pieces, we are able to properly clean, prepare and wrap (or replace) them. This ensures that you receive your product in the same manner it left our shop and that your product has a 100% hassle-free installation.

Is there such a thing as "proper maintenance" for Alcantara?
Of course! We recommend that you clean the the Alcantara regularly, avoiding energetic scrubbing and the use of steaming equipment. There are specific cleaning products on the market for both Alcantara and Suede, however, if you do not have them on hand you can just as easily dust it with a soft cloth or sponge dampened with clean water. Wring it out well and clean all Alcantara fabric, taking care not to wet the upholstery too deeply; dampen the cloth in clean water, wipe again, and allow to dry well overnight. You may then rejuvenate the fabric by brushing it delicately with a soft-bristled brush.

Will you recover my seats?
For obvious reasons we do not cover, wrap, adjust any item of your car that contains some sort of safety device. The steering wheel is an exception because the customer may remove the airbag prior to having the wrapping service performed. As for the seats, we do not produce our own version of covers. We are, however, an authorized Katskinz dealer. Conveniently, Katskinz is one of the few seat cover manufacturers who are certified to create covers designed for side airbags. We can design a custom seat cover for you as well as order all materials used in your seat to ensure that any other piece in the car is a 100% spot on match

We have not attempted a 08 steering wheel yet, I may try and use a local for testing purposes. If your STi is not your daily driver and you would like to volunteer your steering wheel for prototyping I will take care of you

One order is with Bride logo (non-gradient) bride fabric. The other order is with black alcantara. They both will be done this week.

Black carpet, s204 trim, black Gias seats and all the black Alcantara you guys are doing for me it should look pretty good.

The car should be finished besides maybe the wrapped steering wheel by the end of next week.
