you listed the clock as the last piece of the puzzle.... i have a few wrenches to throw atcha.... just out of curiousity, can you do:

1. compass mirror
2. aftermarket (kenwood) hu
3. on the stock gauge cluster:
a. cruise control light
b. check engine light
c. headlight indicator light (i think that's what it is... green and looks kind of like: ><)

edit: the little light on the hvac rings too...

afaik, that would cover every single light in there.... 1 and 2 i'm really interested in, 3 i'm just being picky and seeing what you can do... you guys do good work.

We have never had the call to change any of these indicators. That being said, we have gone through the effort to develop everything else we offer and with 30 years of electronic experience, do not see where these additions would pose an obstacle with the exception of the little lights on the outside of the HVAC rings. This requires disassembly of the rings and fabrication of a new red plastic "lens" to replace the current indicator. We have chosen not to do these lights because of the complexity and risk involved. However, we do change the rear defog, recirc, and AC "on" indicators to red.

The question is; if we go to the effort to develop these additions, can we sell enough of them to justify additional parts inventories and are people willing to pay what it would cost based on parts and labor required?

I have a compass mirror and can check to see if the mirror can even be taken apart.

We have converted almost 20 WRX clusters and several Supra clusters but have not had the call to convert anything on an STi cluster. That also said, is there enough demand from the community to offer it?

Thanks for the challenge!

CB

Edit: As for the Kenwood HU, we can convert aftermarket HUs. We just need to receive it and find out what parts are required. This may require parts to be ordered and that will take time. Bring it if you can afford to do without it for up to 2 weeks.

We just completed our first '06/'07 clock as well (sorry, no pics) but it is essentially the same method/mod as the '04/'05. It came out great! (thanks Okeyd57!).

Interior Flaire noticed something wrong with the pieces I sent in and corrected them at no charge. Pieces were sent out within 24 hours as promised, and even charged to my FedEx account as requested.

Great customer service (quick replies to e-mails) and excellent quality work. Two thumbs up for an awesome vendor.

Thanks for the awesome job!

It really isn't all that, Roman! It wouldn't have been that fast, but I was home yesterday, sick as a dog and bored to death! I staggered out to ship your package in the evening and pulled up behind a FedEx truck-Followed him a few blocks until he stopped at a business and handed him the package! He was prolly wondering why this STi was following him around.

Enjoy and thanks for the mad props!

I don't know of too many other vendors that would drive around behind a fed ex truck waiting for him to stop like that. I'll definitely consider giving you my business if I decide to change my interior light colors.

Default Re: Interior Flaire! Just Added!-LED Cig Lighter Conversion!

We just completed research and development on the cigarette lighter/power outlet LED upgrade-$15

Previously, this mod was completed with bulb covers. Now we offer a complete LED bulb replacement that adds a deeper, richer permanent red (or blue, etc.)

well took along time to get them up ahah i was to busy sitting in my car loving ever moment with my new lights.

i had interior flaire (cory)do my driver switches, ac controls, and he shipped me the screen for the raido. The rest i did with the bulb condoms and i dont see any problems at all i love it and it was deff woth my money. I didnt bother with the clock because i will eventually get guages. From the pictures it look great. Sorry for the pic quality i took it with my voyager haha. Also i didnt have my stock boost guage done because i will be removing that soon.
This is everything (the car wasnt on due to the fact it was in the garage so dont mide all the engine codes etc)

this is the ac controls etc

this is the driver door pannel

All in all seriosly sti people dont think twice its all perfect.
Thanks again
