is this p21 safe to spray on the wheel while it's still on the car?

i mean if i let the stuff sit for a couple hours, it wont hurt the rotors, calipers, pads, lines, etc?

clean as good as you can, sand them down with 400 grit, then paint them black. lol thats what im doing to mine soon here.
