Default cleaning tires?

This may well be a stupid question ... how do you guys get the little colored dots off the side of your new tires? I have tried everything (p21s, dish soap, etc...) but it does not want to come out. I realize it fades after a while but I have having these ugly little dots on my new tires. Thanks in advance.

I personaly like the way they look. I wish the tires came with painted letter sidewalls like nascar!. That would be awsome!
