Honestly, I'm not all too familiar with various rubbing compounds, so I'm a bit hesitant to just run out and try a few. I've had bad experiences with two of them, so now I'm "scurred"....Anyhow, $5 for Scratch X.....meh, big deal!!! It's small, convenient and stows away nicely! Thanks though!

exactly....you get the wrong compound and you're screwed.

scratch x is wonderful, i think i have the mothers version of it and it's great.

Always try the least abrasive first before you jump right in with rubbing compound.

dont rush into something that will in the end damadge your paint more than it will help it..start slow
