Yes.

Look at it this way, the clay bar removes stuff that a paint cleaner and a polish won't. It is certainly a good thing to do once or twice a year. Even with just using a paint cleaner and then a wax I could always notice my car looked better than with just a wash / wax.

it removes just about everything leaving your paint bone dry, but very smooth
