Please exuse my stupid questions for Iam a SubieNoob but Ive read this intire thread over and over but no one ever specificaly mentions REJEX before or after CLEAR BRA. Sorry if it was said, but everytime I read this whole thread it gives me a headache.

Can someone please clarify??? I have a brand new Subie with 100miles on it and I dont want to drive it that much unprotected. Iam in WA and I heard its very hard to keep cars clean here because of all the rain.

So Clay bar, glaze/poish, REJEX, then CLEAR BRA or CLEAR BRA first????

Thanks

don't feel too bad, I had the same questions before I ordered my RockBlocker clear bra. Here's the conversation I had with Chad @ RockBlocker.

I assume that when the rockblocker is installed the Rejex will need to be removed from the area where the film is applied?

Does the rockblocker film provide any UV protection to the paint, or will it be necessary to apply the Rejex over the film?

Will waxing or using paint sealants and polishes over the rockblocker void the warranty (against cracking, yellowing, etc.)?

I am very interested in your product and having it installed ASAP, as my car is still brand new. I look forward to your answers and will likely place my order by phone tomorrow.

Thanks.

You will want to wax the film after the install as often as you would the rest of your car. The film has a clear coat finish just like your car does, so it will look as good as you keep your car.

Thanks for the info WAZA.
To bad Rockblocker moved away right when I got stationed there in WA. I think they went back to AZ, where I was just at!
So clear bra after all the detailing right? Got it. Thanks again.

I used 3m swirl remover and polish as prep before my Rejex. As long as the meguiars doesn't contain silicone oils it should be ok.

Okay, I went to Pep Boys and they had both the "3M hand glaze fine cut" and the "3M Perfect-It II Foam Polishing Pad Glaze - Dark" for $10.99 each. I don't have a machine buffer/polisher. I know the hand glaze one can be applied by hand, but how about the foaming pad polishing pad glaze? The bottle gives no instructions for using it by hand. The catalog numbers are very close, so I'm not sure how different the formulations are.
