Default Aluminum Hood Dent Removal??

MY 04 STI has a couple of noticiable indentions on the front part of the hood where dumbasses pushed too hard on it while closing it. Does anyone know of a technique to "pop" them out without to much work being done? I know a good shop that does paintless dent removal, but I figured he would have to drill through the bottem layer to get to it. Any advice would be appreciated.

Just bring it to a PDR shop and asked them if they can fix it. I am almost sure there would be no drilling required to fix your dents. I had 2 small dings fixed at Dent Wizard on my hood as well.
