| Authorized Vendor | Porsche 997 Turbo /Lapis Blue Exterior Detailer's Domain I love working on 911’s! This was the first dark colored car I would do with the new Swissvax Crystal Rock. The customer wanted a full exterior detail with paint correction. The steps taken were a wash with Optimum Power Clean to strip off the wax/sealant anything on the car’s finish. Next was a nice claying and for the paint correction I used Menzerna SIP with a green pad finishing out with Menzerna PO85RD with a white pad. Finally I finished by applying Swissvax cleaner fluid to make sure the finish was clean and ready for Swissvax Crystal Rock. The Crystal Rock was very easy to apply and spread /waited about 15 minutes to remove. Removal was just as easy. The look well you can be the judge of that. Below are the tools and products used: Products used: Optimum Power clean (to strip the wax etc) Uber Clay Bar with Optimum Instant Detail Spray and Gloss Enhancer Menzerna Power Gloss for the etching on the tail Menzerna SIP Menzerna PO85RD - Menzerna Top Inspection Swissvax Cleaner Fluid Swissvax Crystal Rock Wheels and Tires Swissvax Pneu P21S Wheel Cleaner Gel Boar’s Hair Wheel Brush Foam applicator pads Swissvax Quick Finish Glass inside and out: Lusso Glass Polish Uber Glass MF Towels Black Wow on the bottom trim and the inside of the side vents Tools: Infratech 5300 Makita 9227 Hi Speed Rotary Lake Country CCS Pads 5.5 inch Lake Country Wool Pads Tons of "Uber" Microfiber Towels Uber Drying Towels Cam Spray 1500A with Cam Spray Foam Gun Before shots: ![]() ![]() Wheels: Before shots for the wheels: ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() P21S Wheel Cleaner Gel and P21S Total Auto Wash dwelling on the wheels and tires ![]() After a nice brushing ![]() ![]() After shot of wheel/tire, Swissvax Pneu applied on the tires and a quick wipe down of the wheels with Swissvax Quick Finish ![]() After polishing: ![]() Fixing the etching on the tail of the 997 Turbo: ![]() wetsanding: ![]() After power gloss: ![]() After the correction: ![]() Beading shots: Rinse after the Swissvax Crystal Rock was applied.
