At a low speed, yes. And again, you should use a polishing soft circular extension and nothing else.

Start with a very low speed and see if you get the results you want, if not, apply a bit more speed.

Right on Peleg. I have to try that sometime as my little scratches/swirls drive me nuts!!!!
