Default Smoke detailed- BMW 330xi(swirl city)

This 330 has never been detailed in 2 years of ownership. Mostly kept outisde it has a ton of swirls.

Few before shots, generally just a dirty car with dulled paint

Looks like a little fender-bender, couldnt do much with the scratches but the paint transfer came out nice later on after polishing

I began foaming the car using Z7, let it sit for about 5 minutes before rinsing and going in with the 2 bucket wash mitts(used the foam gun between the mitt and paint)

Had this boars hair extension brush I never used so I figured I would give it a shot on the windows, very soft!

The wheels had lots of brake dust buildup and road tar

Started with Megs Safe degreaser cut 3:1 and a brake dust remover

After rinsing I went to the EZ brush followed by the swissvax brush

After letting P21S gel dwell for about 10minutes I scrubbed the inside spokes with a lambswool brush, rinsed then used autoglym intensive tar remover to get some of the tar in between spokes out, very little came off

And the final outcome...

After claying came paint correction. Started with Megs M105 and an LC 5.5 ccs orange pad then later switched to the flat pads and lc purple wool

Trunk 50/50 attempt

afters trunk

These are the before and afters, after final polishing. Following up M105 compund was 106ff w/ green ccs pad which im really starting to like. 106ff cleaned up nicely after M105. After each coat of polish I wiped the car down with a 50/50 mix distilled water and IPA(91%) to remove any exess oils or polish residue.

Carpets after vaccmuming and scrubbing with some 303 cleaner cut 10:1 and Megs APC+

before dirvers side

after

rear mats

the one retarded stripe, i went back and re-did it afterwards becuase it looked awkward

All the leather was cleaned with Leather Masters strong cleaner and conditioned with Z10

Some final shots after 3 coats of Z5pro ZFX'd(added a shot of Z8 to the mix) cured 20minutes between and applied in straght lines. Paint also got the Z-CS treatment and after curing a final Z8wipedown

Thanks, I took my time because I had a few days to work on it. In all I would say 10hours or so.
