Default Made in Pakistan?

Today I was at Cosco's, and while I was browsing the car care section I saw what seemed to be a fair deal on a package of cotton terry towels. 60 medium 14"x18" towels for $15.99. I noticed they were made in Pakistan, I use the Zaino polish system, and they recomend only using 100% cotton made in USA towels. Would using these towel potentially pose a threat to my paint? I no longer use micro fiber towels because to edging scratches.

As long as they're 100% cotton, you should be golden. I got a big bag o' microfibers from Sam's Club. They work well.

I also use Zaino, so I speak from experience. They work well.

I like to use the Zaino applicator pads to apply. Then I use 100% cotton, made in USA bath towels. All microfiber towels aren't the same quality. I've noticed that most of the cheap ones are very rough and scratchy ! I wouldn't use them with Zaino wax ! I can't believe you would use one of the best waxes on earth, and then take a chance with scratchy towels. Good Luck !

Mine don't feel rough at all.

i'm sure it has more to do with nationalism. ie "Protect American jobs, buy only products that are made in the US." I'm sure Pakistan has the potential to make towels just as or softer than ones made in America.

Instead of using towels, I just try to bury the speedometer past 160, usually in school zones. It takes water right off the car!

But seriously, if they are 100% cotton, you should be fine.

I bought a pack yesterday, and used them to dry my car. Great results, and no schratching! Highly recomended as these are a bargain at $16 for 60 towels!
