***** a fit, don't take it lying down. I would have gone in there with my gloves up. Get in a yelling match on the floor or something. If you attract enough attention they should help you. Just don't end up in jail

Are some of you people 8 years old or something? Why not give some useful advice. Dealership, then SOA, then (if important enough to you) a lawyer (who will cost you TWO paint jobs before you get 1 our of the dealership).

yeah dealer scratched up my OBP too
they use the same wash items over and over
i just ask them not to wash it anymore
i politely let them know they gave me swirl marks
hope you can get some reimbursement

Bottom line, wash your own car, the stealership reuses dirty rags.
