I would go with Menzerna polishes especially if you are using a PC.

For paint correction go with Menzerna polishes. For a finishing polish or sealants go with Zaino.

+1 for Menzerna, I use their Super Intensive Polish for heavy correction and 106FF for finishing.

For the Menzerna, what pads would you use for the corrective and finishing polishes?

there are really alot of polishes out there that give great results, the key is learning how to use them properly.

I thought 106ff was has a lot of cut in it so i don't think it would make a good finishing polish. that i why i use the po85rd it has almost no cut to it. (please note i am not using the po85rd.2 that supposedly has more cut than the 106ff)

pad selection is dependent on cut of the product and also the damage you are trying to repair. usually i just use a grey pad on my rotary for correction. then finish up with my orbital and a red pad from lake country mfg.

Okay

Menzeran and cut level /gloss (1 being the lowest cut and lowest gloss and 5 being highest cut /highest gloss)

Power Gloss Compound -- 5 cut/1 gloss
SIP(PO85RD 3.02 or PO83) 3.5 cut/3.5 gloss
IP -- 3.5 cut/3.5 gloss
106FF-----2.5 cut/5 gloss
PO85RD ---1.5 cut/5 gloss

Let me know if this helps.

106 is classified as a final polish.

I use a Flex polisher. With the SIP I use the orange lake country CCS pad and for the 106ff I use a white pad. My Zaino AIO is applied with a white CCS as well. My final coat of Zaino Z2pro is done with a grey CCS finishing pad. Lake country is a great brand of pads as well as edge..but not for use on a Flex, yet!
