Default Meguiars NXT 2.0 at Walmart

I generally don't use too many over the counter detailing products, but some of the Meguiars stuff seems to work pretty well. I liked the old NXT wax a lot, it was very easy to use and pretty slick, but the durability sucked. However, for customer cars when they aren't picky about depth and perfection, it was my go-to wax. Now the NXT 2.0 is coming out in January and it supposedly lasts twice as long as the old NXT. Walmart has a 7 piece Meguiars detailing kit that includes a bottle of it, as well as their Ultimate Quik Detailer and Quik Interior Detailer (both of which are supposed to be very nice) and some other stuff I probably won't use like tire shine, ScratchX, and wheel cleaner. And the best part is it's only $25. So for those of you looking for some decent OTC products, head over to Walmart

I agree, the old NXT has no durability...the gold class wax on the other hand last a bit longer. Hopefully the NXT 2.0 works better.

Hmm.... sounds like a great deal. Going to have to check that out. Whats the diff between the Gold Class and NXT series of Meguiars products? I have been using Gold Glass shampo/wax and really like it...but then again, I'm a detailing noob.

I used to use Liquid Glass and switched to NXT because it was easier to find. As best as I can tell, both products produce similar results (and are similarly easy to apply) but with LG lasting longer. I'm glad to see this has been somewhat worked out.
