1 to 1? well you guys do sell the stuff. That would mean a gallon would give you what, like 10 car washes? I would think 10 to 1 would be a little better ratio.....

actually when I do 1 to 1 in a quart I probably more than 10 washes.

in the beginning you go nuts with it but when you learn to use it you figure out the ration that works best for you.

remember you have a /b/c/d/e , e being the thickest. I've use 1 part soap and 5 parts water as well basically if you have soap and water in the canister you will be fine. Some soaps work better than others.

So I dry my car with the Absorber, effin Awesome!!!

When I wax my car and use the clay bar and the spray that goes with the clay bar, what kind of towel/shammy (however you spell it) should I use for it?

I've had different detailer guys tell me not to use the microfiber towels.

^awesome man!

What do you recomend? Rotary PC Page Ranking Regular Orbital. I know the Dual Action and Orbitals dont spin and arnt that powerful and does not ruin a paintjob
I know Rotay rotate with the motor that has alot of power but can ruin a paint job really badly if used wrong. idk which to get.

I have a SWP 07 sti and I always keep it clean, and I keep wax on it etc. I think I am ready to step my game up and move away from auto store detailing products. The problem is there is so much stuff I don't know what I want. I want a complete arsenal from wash, foam gun, polisher, etc. The real question i guess is that I need a good polish and sealant for white. I know some products work better on other colors. Any insight on where I can start my detail arsenal.

Oh boy I would just research and see what pops up as good companies. Just go look at Detailersdomain.com's Threads on his cars he washes. Look at his list, those products and companies are prob. the best out there.
As for me, im starting in Meguairs professional Mirror Glaze line. Its all up to who you like and what works best with you
