Default Whats your favorite brand of detail products?

Wondering whats your guys favorite brand of high end detail products. Klasse, Zaino, Sonus, Ultima, Menzerna etc? Who do you think makes the best quality products for polishes, wax ,leather care, wheels and tires and sealants. Which brand or brands do you think looks the best and lasts the longest?

Interior - Sonus Total Eclipse for the dash. 303 fabric protection for the seats. Grab it static wipes for cleaning.

Wax: Meguiar's # 26, P21S Carnauba.

Polish: Meguiar's final polish or Sonus # 3.

Wheels: P21S wheel cleaner.

Engine: P21S all purpose cleaner or Autoglym engine cleaner.

Windows: Stoner glass cleaner.

I pretty much use klasse all-in-one and that's it. My car is silver, so whatever the all-in-one brings out is pretty much anything that will come out in terms of shine. I found that a few coats of klasse followed by a few coats of high end carnauba wax doesn't look any better than just a few coats of klasse alone, just because silver paint doesn't show it off as much as black/darker paints.

In terms of cleaning, I'll just use pretty much any car wash mix, any decent clay bar(1 MAYBE 2 times a year), detailing spray, clay lube, ect.........I'm not too picky on that stuff. I also use a UV protectant on the plastics.....But Klasse All-in-One is the shiznat.......I put it on the wheels, glass and paint.

For the interior, if it actually needs it, I just use a slightly damp(water) soft cloth.

Up until now I've used Klasse All-in-One/Sealant Glaze religiously but I recently decided it's time for a change so I ordered up some Clearkote Carnauba Moose, as well as Vanilla Moose and Red Moose glazes. I also ordered some Menzerna 106FF polish (previously used 3M). So I might have some new favorites once I get a chance to try these out. There are a few products that I can never see myself straying from though, like P21S gel wheel cleaner and Stoner invisible glass.

From what I have gathered, Menzerna makes some of the best polishes, but you pay a premium for them. The best wax is very subjective, but there are a lot of good ones out there. If you are looking for a good inexpensive carnauba, try out P21S or Clearkote. If you are planning on spending more, look at Pinnacle Souveran (nice but no better than P21S IMO) and Swissvax (I've heard great things, but most of their waxes are over $100 a can so I haven't tried them). Honestly, the best detailing supplies are a good rotary polisher and a Porter Cable, and knowing how to use them well.

P21s gel wheel cleaner I hear is amazing. For an orbital polisher im going with the UDM 1000...its based off the PC 7424 and has a little more power. Right now im stuck on Zaino, looking at all their products and seeing what I want. Its pretty tough to find one brand that kinda has it all- finish, quality and durability. I'd rather use the same brand of polishes and sealants instead of mixing and matching on the paint, but switching up wheel cleaners and leather care products I won't mind.

Zaino provides great shine but I found it difficult to work with. I don't think you need to limit yourself to one brand of products because some brands do certain things well and certain things not so well. Like Menzerna makes top quality polishes, but that's about all they are known for. Go to Autopia and read some product reviews. A lot of it is subjective though, I've tried countless products over the years and you may find that you have to try out a lot of different things before you find something you really like.

Thanks for all the approvals.

I'm going to detail the STi this weekend, first time since I moved to the new place here. My landlord has an S2K and he's a car nut too.

Wash: P21S Bodywork Conditioning Shampoo

Clay Bar: Pinnacle was the last one I used, but I need to buy more now... not sure what brand I will go with.

Polish: Menzerna products.

Wax: Klass AIO, Klass Sealant Glaze, P21S Carnauba.

Quick Detailer: Sonus... not sure the exact name off hand.

Wheels: P21S wheel cleaner.

Engine: Eimann Fabrik Engine Degreaser, 303 Aerospace Protectant on the plastic and rubber.

Interior Plastic/Rubber- 303 Aerospace Protectant .

Windows: Stoner glass cleaner, Rain-X.
Window tint: Plexus Plastic Cleaner.

Metal: Not sure of the brand I have, but any good metal polish will work.

Tires: Zaino stuff but I am not sure of the name... I like the clean look it gives, not all shiney or slimey.

I think that is everything.
