Does the new release work with Cobb V2?

I'm gonna assume you are talking about AccessPORT V2. If so then no. StreetTUNER Advanced is an upgrade to StreetTUNER 1.X that is an upgrade to AccessPORT V1.

This doesn't really do anything other than add a bunch more tables. There are some minor improvements but the tables are the big deal.
