What does this table mean and is it active if I have the closed loop delays zeroed?

This table does absolutely nothing if your closed loop delays are set to zero. If the delays are not set to zero then this table helps to define when the car leaves closed loop for open loop. As to the actual values in this particular map and how they correspond to an actual load value, I have no clue.

Is there a OL/CL fueling table in ST or Enginuity that determines when the car exits CL based off MAP readings?

There's gotta be something somewhere - lol. Not sure if it is MAF or MAP or Load. However, my car always goes from CL to OL whenever the MAF hits 2.5V.

Exactly. It doesn't matter what I change. So long as the delays are set to zero across the board then my car always goes into open loop at 2.5V on the MAF.

And does it stay in closed loop no matter what up to 2.5v???
