Could be ... have you ever tuned with the oxygenated lead free fuel though? I hope that gives an advantage over the leaded... time will tell.

Lead acts as a Detonation Antagonist. It seriously helps to prevent it. Being oxygenated just means that it can add more power when combusted (due to more O2). Thus, if you have detonation problems on leaded fuel, then unleaded race fuel will usually hurt the problem. If you don't have detonation problems, then the extra O2 will be a nice tiny power adder
