You probably need to get your idle raised and that should take car of your cold start issues. If not, some fudging with the TDC tables may help out a bit as well.

crystal: the TDC table at "0" throttle is all zeros... the next column over (10 TDC) is at 29.x at the top... the wide band is reading super lean (19s) with the trottle position at "4."

i was going to change the zero values to around low 20s - does that sound right?

I would only adjust the TDC table if you were having a problem with it stalling out a lot due to things beyond the ability to fix with the intake calibration. If you are sure you have the injector scaler, latency, and tip-in correct, I would recommend you spend some more time with the MAF table smoothing out especially at the idle volts getting you fuel trims in check and then applying that globally to the rest of the table.

something i forgot to mention, even though the intake calibration is all done correctly, this time around the wide band was reading lean, but the AFR immediate was pulling fuel.

it's making me think that i have a severely fouled plug, and that cylinder is misfiring while the others are not. is this possible?

What does your stock sensor read? You may have a leak near your wideband causing a lean reading. Compare the two. The stock narrowband should be fine for closed-loop and idle calibrations

it was reading lean as well, but in the 19's, the narrow band can't be accurate, that's why i mentioned the WB02.
