Default 12.371 @ 111.15mph Whoop!

Well I went to opening day today in hopes of using a 2-step LC prototype to get me some killer times on the stock turbo. Unfortunately, having it be fuel cut was killing me since I was running meth and while the ecu would cut fuel, meth was still spraying and causing backfire, massive DA retard, and dropped my IAM on more than one occasion. So, plan B, busted out my regular mapping and rely on my own driving abilities. I put in a gallon of 100oct. for some saftey since I had been beating on my car all day (without success) and did some fine tuning on the ignition and boost curve. Lets just say w/o FFS I decided to really crank up the timing. First run off the bat was the 12.371 next run up I spun the tires through first which killed my time but you can see with the 1/8th mile trap I was getting faster. Best of all is that I pulled a 1.65 60' time w/o LC whoop! I honestly didn't think I had it in me to do that. I also wanted to thank again Rob@Cobb for getting me ready for the track in time. Now I am torn to whether I want to keep trying to beat up the stock turbo by adding some more parts to try and get me into the 11's or saying just F it and get a bigger turbo and build the motor. Anyways check out the slips. I got beat by a ford lightening that was on huge slicks! But hey look at our stats, they are almost identical. He got me off the line with the v8 torque but I put a hurting on him through the 60' time. Almost identical reaction time, 1/8 time and trap, and then 1/4 and trap. Whoop again to making the top 5 on nabisco .

I need a clutch too. The stock clutch doesn't like the amount of torque that I am pushing on it daily. I think with some TGVs, 3" inlet, big MAF, and some p&p manifolds with a x-pipe I could get pretty close. Keep in mind the only mods I really have hardware wise are a TBE (which tapers to 2.5") and an intake (meth aside since I consider that more tuning). I was discussing with wolf about what I could have run on a bigger TMIC instead of the FMIC which has been a crazy journey in its own as you guys could see from the other thread. If I really wanted to push the vf39 for all it had I could go with a external WG but at that point it wouldn't be worth it. Maybe next time, I will throw on a helper spring to get some boost on the top end which is the only place you spend your time in on the 1/4.

Meh, I am not really convinced that sheading some pounds will get me a better time. Losing the STi wing was a good amount as well as removing the spare. I would rather spend the money towards getting more air to the motor. I am pretty conviced that the stock TGV's and the inlet are the biggest restrictions on the STi and also the hardest to get to and install. Got the inlet on the way and gotta save up for the TGV's.

Well honestly, I was just testing it out for a friend over at enginuity. Works but doesn't really do anything for me. Word on the street is that it won't be out anytime soon. You can check out there forum for the details. I love streettuner to be honest. W/O the ability to tune in realtime I would never achieve what I have done to this day. I can't wait for the v2 version of the software to come out. Got an APv2 sitting in my room waiting for some loving. I got that racemap dialed in very well and if I had more time I could have actually improved on it. I only got around 2-3 runs w/o my boched 2-step attempts and they were amazing times. I never got to the point where the car would not take more timing so if I was able to start the day w/ my first map and been able to tune it all day, I probably could have gotten something better. Oh well, we'll see what she can do next time around with some more mods and more tuning.

A new ford lightening with some serious mods. His two pairs of rear slicks were wider than my whole car!?! When I first saw him next to me, I was like sweet, eatting another v8. Then when he launched I was like holy crap! I put up a good fight though. The other run pictured was an 06 STi. Just the basic stage2 and I appraoched him because the tech kept yelling at me for not having a helmet and I kept telling him I would go get it so he would give me my slip So I offered a quick flash for him if he let me trade on and off for him for the rest of the day to use his helmet. He agreed and also bought me a little 100oct We ran the last race against eachother and he pulled off a 12.9 (could have been faster, he didn't have the greatest launch) with just the flash and no fine tuning! They almost kicked me out like 4 times muhaha

Awesome numbers Crystal. That is impressive considering the stock turbo.
Let's go for the 11's as someone else mentioned here.
