Haha, you wish you were so lucky lol. Car started up first try and no CEL. I guess I put on the TGV motors correctly. I do have a boost leak somewhere, I think it is in the coupler to the turbo mating to the inlet. That suckers is hard to get aligned. Sick of messing with it for the day, I will get to it sometime later but at least it drives and the fuel system works, that was my main concern if I screwed anything up. The typhoon is a pain to fit to the APS inlet so I may have to try a big MAF soon. Car idles smooth and is actually very smooth while driving.

Funny you should mention honda's. I used to have a GSR and tuned it through Hondata. Good times, I loved being able to rev it up to 8500rpms with no worries

Thanks Ross, still trying to make it more sleeper. BTW, the broke lip I stole from you, broke real bad again, haha. This time I don't think its repairable.

<--- OG Hondata stage 4 +boost user before the "S" and K-pro stuff came out.
There were features in there that still aren't in ST.

Finally finsihed the install. Here are some pics. I found the boost leak which was on the TB coupler since I tightened one down but forgot I loosened the other. Boost hits where it should be but I still think I have a leak somewhere else b/c my boost up top has dropped from 16ish to 14.7psi. It may just be because it was 85* outside when I have been used to 60's or below not sure but I am going to go double check everything. Next up is to p&p the stock headers and install the TIC x-pipe for some testing of the effectiveness of it, that should follow within the week or early next week, depending on when I can get everything dialed in from this install.

Too many bends and inconsistent readings IMO. When I did not have the FMIC I had a very effective Typhoon setup which was pulling as cool of air as any CAI. Now that I have a FMIC, there is pretty much no CAI that will work with my setup since the FMIC piping goes through that fender hole. Im not too worried about it though, with the combo of a fmic, meth, and h2o my intake charge is plenty cool and dense. Tuning wise, I have pretty much disabled any timing being pulled up to about 140+* iirc.

Ah, those are all good reasons. Works for me.

Ok so after some confusion, I finally figured some things out. Here is a nice representation of the differences w/ and w/o the TGV + APS inlet. The curves dont start from the same rpm's but if you were to shift the curve over you get the picture. Overall from the butt dyno, I cant really feel the difference but the smoothness is definitely improved.

Interesting. Still tuning it a bit, or is it all 'ready to go'?

Still tuning as usual, need to get my boost curve and some timing dialed back in, since the change in elevation has thrown my numbers off. I have a bit of intake tuning to do as well, but the constant weather change is making it a pain to get some consistent figures. Also all my plots are from the same strech of road to keep things accurate. The before plot was from the day before I installed the parts with the sketchy readings from the rip and etc.

I'm very interested in seeing some results from the TiC X-over pipe and ported stock Exhaust Manifolds. I was considering this for my next mod. Also, I noticed your signature lists JDM TGV risers under "to be installed" but you ended up porting your stock TGV's. What happened to those?

Wouldn't it be similar to the Injen crosspipe Crucial uses? I'm not sure why TiC's are so special.

Never got a chance to buy them. The inlet tear happened so I had to rip apart the intake manifold, and there was no way I was ever trying to attempt that again so I just did my own p&p on the stockers. I will pick some up eventually since I didn't have time to do the greatest job on them.
