Did you check the knock learning table?. I know there's a post by Wolf about this problem here ECU timing = ??

I was reading that thread as you posted.

0's in throughout the whole Knock learning table..

Now the problem is back but only happens in 5-6 gears....really weird...

I hit the same load numbers in gears 5-6 as in 4th gear but it doesnt pull any timing from DA in 4th gear....?

Logs? You may need to rescale your tables more because you are more likely to hit higher loads in those taller gears. 5th and 6th gear are the hardest to tune b/c of the way the react when you hard load the car. Almost always you will overshoot your boost targets and thats when tuning the turbo dynamics becomes a huge factor.
