Intake air temp 21 degrees at sea level. Time to ditch the turbo and get something with a 8cm2 and properly ported.. =)

What turbo are you running?. What is you target boost?.Did you try lowering the WDC before 3500 rpm to try to avoid the spike to 20 psi.

Target boost is 19 psi. The spike is actually pretty minor. The problem is towards the bottom of the log the wgdc is 0 and boost was still rising.

Wow that's crazy. I guess you are not running the stock VF39. Also I'm a noob but is the first time I see creep so high in the RPM band. I was under the impression that creep was only a problem during initial WOT. BTW did you try to changing the boost temp comp?

WGDC is at 0. I don't see how changing the boost comp would help. =P My boost temp comp is set at -14% below 33 degrees. So its been applied already.. hehe.

Its a deadbolt TD05H-16G so its kind of expected. Just a excuse to go with a 20g with a 8cm2. Interesting to see it logged. This is real boost creep I think. Nothing you can do with a tune will fix that. Haha..

Well, hopefully people will now know to log before going around screaming saying they have boost creep. These two examples are real boost creep. If your logs look similar something mechanical needs to be done to fix it.

Hehe. I was screaming boost creep before I logged. But, I had experience with creeps before on different cars, so it wasn't hard for me diagnose it. But yeah, +1 on the need for a mechanical fix. I ported wg before, but I'm too lazy to pull the turbo just to port the wg. I think I'm going down th meth route as Jeff has suggested. It would be nice to feel what chilled 22psi feels like.

Jeff, I'll get you more logs with the latest revised map soon. Been a little busy lately.
