IWSTI Addict since: Aug 2004 Trader Rating: (4) | Ok so I started playing with ST and is amazing. I have A,B and C with the same values to see if the car is adding full advance, and it is. So do I add more timing to the ADV tables A,B,C or to the Primary IGN. Thanks Marcos This ad is not endorsed by this member. Please register or login to hide this ad. |

I personally used to use 8 but now I use 10 and anything above that I start adding in the primary ignition table again. I play with these settings depending on weather and what type of driving I will be doing. i.e. if drag racing only mapping use more primary and less DA but still a good buffer; road racing use more DA; DD winter more authority to primary with a safe overboost buffer; summer mode more authority to DA due to varying heat and loads, and etc. |

| The Next Petter Solberg | Exactly where to add it is to some extent a personal choice. I like to limit my DA tables to 7 or 8 max (some like higher, some lower, again just a personal preference). If I need to add timing and adding it to the DA tables will push the cell over that level, I add it to the primary ignition table. |
