Default COM Port with LM1?

Hey guys,

Just hooked up an LM1, and ST is having trouble finding it. When I am in the Configuration menu in ST, putting any COM port other than COM1 or 5 will cause ST to lock up when trying to enter Live Tuning.

The LM1 is hooked up via a serial>usb convertor like the OB2 for the Street Tuner is.

Any instructions/insight?

That's funny, because I went to that exact link ~25 minutes ago after being locked out of your site for 15 minutes because it said I exceeded the max number of invalid logins... I only tried once. :dunno:

Anyways... That was pretty much the sequence of my actions, I just have some discrepancy in my Windows or hardware settings somewhere that I need to find, I suppose.

you can go to system in the control panel and go to hardware, device manager and pretty much change the port to any one that is available. My ST doesnt care what port it is on but others like only under 5 so you can change your LM1 port to 1-4 just not the same as your OBDII port
