Default Why are my IDC's so low?

I am finding lots of strange things these days..

I am pulling my hair out because I see that everyone is running 100+ IDC's but I just coast around at 88 or so.. even with 11/1 AFR and lots of boost.

Anyone mind taking a look at today's data log and giving me your opinion.

Thanks

If you log boost, MAF, and MAF volts, I could give you a better analysis.

I am seeing mid to high 90's. I doubt your wideband is going bad b/c I was using close to your fuel table during my tune and it resulted in almost identical AFR's. It may have to do with your elevation being higher up results in less IDC's.

Turbo,

What is the outside temperature? I was hitting 105% as the car rotated toward 7000rpms with a 10.8:1 AFR (IIRC). This was with the outside temperature around 30-40d. At 95d it would definitely be lower. With 11.x:1 it would be lower too.

Ummm, of course they are - you have 850s. We're talking about stock injectors (and I think you knew that so what was your point )?.

With temp's in the high 80's low 90's I hit 84% or so at high RPM and 11.2 AFR. I just checked a log from 49 d F and I got up to 92% but that is it.

????????????

Yea, sounds like you still might be down about 10% IDC or so. What is your altitude?

D'oh, didn't know that. I was, however, very surprised to see how low mine are. At 28 psi I am definitely using a lot more of the headroom though!

I really wish I could run dual injectors, that way I could have the low load smoothness of a small injector matched with the high load/boost flow capacity of both working together.

Haven't got a chance to run yet since there is no 1/4 in San Diego and since my clutch won't hold at full boost. Actually, as of yesterday, my clutch won't hold on low boost. When I get back to TX and have the clutch replaced I will make some runs.

Are you running meth injection?
