Yes.

Also, crystal, if your fuel trim values are near 0 at idle then you don't want to tweak your scalar much or else you'll throw your idle learned values out of whack. Another option would be to tweak the scalar which throws your idle trims out of whack and THEN tweak the latency to bring your idle trims back within line.

Yea I didnt tweak them very much, just lowered them by 4 points which actually brought my fuel trims even closer to 0. Idle trims looked about the same but fuel trims during closed loop looked even better so I am guessing that it was a good change.
