Default Adding Perring TMIC

What would need to be adjusted in my current tune if I just wanted to add a Perrin TMIC? I have a FXT with a TD05H-16G protuned with supporting mods. If I can get a ST map from my tuner could I easily tune my car to get the most out of the larger IC? I'm currently running a STI TMIC.
