Default Help tuning for new injectors and turbo

I'm in the process of ugrading my 2005 Sti. I am adding a FP Green turbo Power Enterprise 850cc Injectors, walbro, etc. I also have a Cobb street tuner previously installed along with a cobb Short ram and Perrin DP. I need a basic map or help tuning one that will allow me to drive the car to a tuner after I install all of the above parts. I feel comfortable installing the parts but not tuning as my experience in doing so is limited and I don't have a dyno or AF meter. Also does anyone know exactly what parts I need to perform all of the above modifications? I really just need to know about accessories like gaskets, crush washer sizes and quantities etc. Also do I need a fuel pressure regulator with the warbro? I really don't feel like replacing the fuel rail to add a new FPR if I don't have to. Thanks to who ever tries to help.

the STi FPR is seperate from the Fuel rail. They can be upgraded independently of each other.
