Help.. Tuner wont initilze..

I just got my accessport.. when i tried to marry it with my ecu it wont initialize and get the message turn off the car fully of and on.. i keep triying to repeat the proccess and heppens the same thing... i checked all the connector everything and nothing... please i need some help..!!! thank you

Do you have the two green connectors connected? If not, conect them

yeah.. they are connected... and i disconect them.. turn the car on.. was perfect.. i repeated the process... nothing..!!!
