Default Help!! idiot at mobil filled me up with 87octane

Hey guys, as sure you have guesed i pulled a stupid and assumed the retard at mobil heard me say 93. Anyways, car was on fumes to begin with so i have a full tank of 87 in there right now. First thing I did was put a 3 point STP octane booster in, I turned down the boost and i havent brought the car above 7 psi. Any other sugestions ? I am a Street Tuner user, but i cant get the 91 octane stage 2 map to convert to Street Tuner format. I would like to run that map for some added saftey, but i cant figure this out. Any sugestions at all would be really appreciated. Thanks

Pull fuel drain plug and save the gas for your lawnmower. JK you should be fine until your next fill up, just lay off the throttle until then, the octane booster will certainly help though.

Yea, Its like 13 degrees outside..... There will be no pulling the drain plug and dealing with that mess. I figure I'll give it a day or so when i'm down to a half a tank and fill with 93 and another octane booster. At least i cought it and didnt drive like i thought i had 93.....
As far as that goes, Any other ideas for just in case referance?
Thanks for the help guys

Just deal with it until you are out of gas. By 'deal with it' I mean tune around it. Set the DA A, DA B, and DA C to 0 degrees. Set the boost to 0. Set WGDC values to 0. Don't go WOT at all.

^^^ Another reason I love having ST. A simple gas mistake can be made more safe by just getting rid of all that aggressive advance.

To play it even more safe .... in addition to what I said about also subtract a few degrees from the main ignition map (I would probably do this if it were me).

3 points of octane boost means .3 more octane, fyi. You're now rockin 87.3 at best. Ain't gonna do a whole bunch.

Dump a couple gallons of toluene or xylene in there, or Torco if you have access to any
That should get you right up there if you don't feel like waiting it out for the whole tank to be gone.

Stay off boost .... wait till your tank is right at half or bellow and fill it up with 100 unleaded.

Toluene or Xylene works great too, but don't use too much too many times.

Believe it or not, some states will not let you pump your own fuel. I was nearly tackeled in NJ when I went to fill up my rental before returning it. OR is the same.
