Not that I'm aware of, being from out of state and not allowed to pump my own fuel I wasn't really in the tipping mood anyway. That would be like tipping the people at Starbucks after waiting in line forever for a coffee that's overpriced about 500% because your woman wanted a Mocha... Or tipping the folks at McDonalds after they smashed the hell out of your burger with their unwashed hands.

That sucks I would complain to manager that they didn't ask you what grade gas to put in your car so at least next time that someone with a nice car pulls up they don't just pump crap into there car too

Toluene is 114 octane, and xylene is 117. Mixed 1 gallon to 14, that'll bring you up to 88.8 and 89 respectively. 2 to 13 will get you up to 90.6 and 91.

I'd just go easy till you are down a 1/4, then dump in a couple gallons of xylene and have fun.

That should get you right up there if you don't feel like waiting it out for the whole tank to be gone.
+1 Or at half tank fill with C16

I've dealt with this before and I'm sure it has to do with the overly socialistic state trying to curb unemployment. Look at the states that employ this law, then look at their government makeup. The interstate speed limit in Oregon was (up until a few years ago) 55mph, and this was on I80. It's pure BS and you have to pay for it.

/unnecessary rant, I just can't stand Oregon legislature.
