If you are not sure of what you are doing, get it protuned and don't worry about it...

Seriously, does anyone know what is the difference in functionality? Does ProTuner provide more maps to tune?

Yes, that is one of the differences. Another difference is that ProTuner can save a given map for any year of that car. Now, with that said, StreetTUNER has everything you need in order to tune for a new turbo.
