IWSTI Addict since: Jun 2004 Trader Rating: (6) | In a rush to get out the door on a mini weekend trip. Unloading the car I brought the laptop in and basically tossed it onto a pile of stuff. Today I went to get the laptop and saw that the HASP key had caught something and totally ripped out the back. All that was left was the back of the HASP key and 4 gold pins all bent up. Used some pliers to pull the remaining part of the HASP key out of the USB port. Bent the pins back on the back half. Put it back into the front half. Plugged it back in. Wooohooooo! I also like that it stays put. I have yet to have it fall out. (KNOCKING WOOD) This ad is not endorsed by this member. Please register or login to hide this ad. |
