The low map is where the ECU starts. If it needs more to hold the target boost it, will use up to the duty cycle given in the high map to try and achieve it. You should log your boost and duty cycles as they are now and see if your WDCs are coming straight from the high map. If so, you can adjust it. I'd probably raise the low some as well if I was raising the high. You don't want the ECU hunting all over the place if it doesn't need to.

BTW, the latest ST has a built-in help that is pretty good and has all this info in it. Just press the F1 key when you are looking at a map and it will take you to the correct place in the help file.
