Default Street Tuner help

To all the Street Tuner guru:

I am a NooB who got the Street Tuner installed a couple of weeks ago. I currently have a stage 2 set up and I will install the Zeitronix WB O2 along with the boost sensor, and EGT soon. I think the ST is a great tuning software, but where exactly should I begin? I finished reading the manual today and I think I am more lost then before.

Should I set boost>ignition>fuel? Or should I set the KC A,B,C before I do anything? I read about setting the boost to 18.5 psi and tapers down to 14 or 15 psi at redline, but where should I start using 18.5 psi and what do I use in between? I read about the ECU staying at 14.7:1 A/F rate in close loop and 11.4:1 at WOT is a healthy A/F rate, but what kinds of values should I use in between? I have read about smoothing the KC A,B,C but what value should I start with? I have read about using less ignition advance before peak torque and add more ignition advance after peak torque, but how much should I add? I am just too afraid to touch anything as I don’t know where to start and what values to use. Can anyone please give me a hand?
