Default Tuner inlet question

I have recently installed my bpm turbo inlet. I am still using my K&N intake. I reset the ecu after it was installed and have a drive time of about 3 hours. I know the ecu will still be makes changes for days to come.I will be getting a tune soon, but the car run pretty smooth. My findings so far are.

Turbo spools faster and louder
Recirculating blow back is louder
Backfire has come on alittle more often
Idle is perfect
Exhaust smells richer
Most important no cell light
Boost holds stable and no high spikes

My first question and it has been asked before. What are the intial findings by adding these larger inlets. I know every car responds different, but overall what have you tuners found. Will these inlets prove themselves on the dyno. I am pretty sure I am running richer and probably lost some power. Not enough to notice, but its seems like my torque has taken alittle hit.How likey am I to be running to rich. Can I expect any timing issues. I have had my car pulling timing and it is very noticeable. I have been told that the cobb stage 2 map is very forgiving by a local tuner. He said I would run fine and I do. As for the running rich will this decrease or increase over time.
