still have the stock BBSs and if so, what is the condition of the tires?

any maintenance recently done or needed soon?

funny thing, I just bought a house and now I gotta get an STi

Hahaha reverse situations, lol. Well the only thing it needs is an oil change which I will do this weekend. I had it serviced for the 30,000 mile check at the dealership and have papers for that. All maintenance for oil changes was done by me at 2,800-3,000 with mobil one synthetic oil.

I still have the stock rims and am considering putting this car back to stock and peicing the parts but would rather give it to someone here for the asking price with all parts included, except stock wheels.

It has the extended warranty on it for 60,000 miles as well!!

Oil changed (Mobil 1 Synthetic extended performance 5W-30)
Spark plugs changed (NGK iridium)
Tires rotated
