Default 2004 Subaru STi w/Typical mods

I purchased my dream car last year in May from a Nasioc'r, but now its time to pass her on. I got it with 45k miles and it currently has 57,xxx. The car was purchased in mid-late 2003 by the original owner, so the mileage is very typical.
Here is the previous for sale ad from when I purchased it a year ago. Keep in mind things have been changed:
Original Owner, car has 45,000 miles. The car has had every scheduled Maintenance up to this point, oil changes every 2750 miles. Switched to synthetic at about 15,000 miles. No Oil loss or burning issues whatsoever. Oil has also been lab analyzed about every other oil change. I can post the latest results.
Car is lightly modified and can be converted back to mostly stock. TURBO AND BOOST LEVELS HAVE NEVER BEEN TOUCHED.
Mods:
Engine:
K&N Typhoon Intake w/ carbon fiber heat shield (I still have stock airbox)
HKS Carbon-Ti Exhaust
JDM I/C switch
Suspension:
Perrin Front Adjustable Sway Bar
Perrin Rear adjustable Sway bar w/ perrin endlinks.
Cusco Zero2R Coilover available(bought with stockers)
Whiteline Steering rack bushings
Braking:
ATE Blue Fluid
Stainless Lines
Ferrodo 2500S pads (I have the stock pads)
Drivetrain:
Perrin Short Shifter
TiC clicky kit
Interior:
STi Euro Floor Mats
Subaru All Weather Mats
VRS harness bar, powdercoated to match exterior.
Recaro Speed Drivers Seat (Car has Stock seat).
Red Stitched Shift Boot.
Kenwood HU, CDR components and Subaru sub(replaced).
Red climate control lights to match cluster.
Exterior:
20% tint
Genuine JDM STi front lip
Pink "I" Badge(replaced)
Car has been Zaino'd since day one. It has an Immaculate Shine.
Wheels/Tires:
17x8.5 SSR type C in gold, currently has 235/40/17 Toyo RA-1s(tires replaced).

My Description Below
So thats how I purchased it in May 2006 and these are the changes since I have owned it. The things listed above are how I bought it, so its not the same as now. Please read what has been modified below. I wanted more power and handling like most of us, so I decided to modify the car in the following ways starting heavily in December 2006:
Megan Coilovers
SSautochrome FMIC w/stock BPV (aka:ebay FMIC)
NGK step colder plugs
Cobb AP with PDX online maps
3 inch Bellmouth DP w/QTP exhaust cutout
Falken GR Beta tires with under 1000 miles
Brand new Hawk HPS Pads
Took off pink STi fog stickers and replaced with gold
Replaced Pink I badge with Black I badge
6.5 inch DVD touchscreen, but I might keep that
Took off mud flaps
Has Stock interior, took out Recaro

I am selling the car because I have no need for it and I have lost my desire to keep it. There will be another STi later down the road for me, but it doesnt fit in my life right now. I am currently driving another vehicle and the STi is sitting, so that is the largest contributing factor for this sale.
Sadly, I have only been to one AutoX with the car and that was the first week of ownership. I can go on and on about how its been babied and I've never touched the boost, but that would be a lie. However, I do not drive like an idiot in my STi. Meaning, I typically drive the same in my F250 as I do in my STi. I operate all sorts of vehicles from boats to motorcycles and I treat them all with respect. I have never street raced or any of that typical junk. I think its more enjoyable to ignore ricers and give them the prick attitude. I do love acceleration and power, but I like to have power on tap more than anything. I modified the car with the intention of tracking it often, but it just turned into more of a fun road trip/weekend car.
There are some folks who know me on here and I have sold many parts to members. I try my best to be as respectful as possible with people, their time, and their money. Feel free to PM me for my phone number if you would prefer to talk to me that way.
I have the title in hand and I am willing to meet a serious buyer at the Nashville or Knoxville airports. Southwest airlines has flights for a very reasonable price if you didnt want to bother with shipping.
Some minor flaws that I want to mention just to be 100 percent honest are a split mirror/glass on the drivers side. It happened when ice got behind the mirror at 13 degrees. It doesnt affect anything mechanically and you wouldnt notice unless you knew about it. Also, the cruise control is tricky one out of every ten times I have used it, and I mean one out of every ten road trips. I have done lots of interstate driving, one of which was 1,300 miles last month, and it didnt do it then. The passenger door handle sticks once and a while, but these are just stupid little things IMO that I want you to know about before you come with cash in hand. Obviously the car has all sorts of noise you are going to have to put up with since Subarus arent exactly luxury cars. The coilovers are more quiet than the stock suspension clunk, so thank god for that.
MAKE ME AN OFFER! I am located in Cookeville, TN 38501 which is directly between Knoxville and Nashville. Ill clean this ad up when I get a chance. Please leave all negative comments to PM, or just PM me anything concerning anything. Thanks, Kevin!
