I've owned this car since new, followed the break-in 100%, never tracked or modified. This car has never been launched or abused ever, plus I've been driving only manual trans for over 15 years so I can guarantee the clutch is 100% pampered. If you're looking for that adult owned and driven STI this is it!

The interior is 100% mint. The exterior has some minor, normal wear that you would expect of a car 1.5 years old. This car has never been in any kind of an accident and has not needed any repairs under warranty. The engine, trans and drivetrain are all 100% perfect.

I was planning on keeping this car for a long time but my wife wants to upgrade to a better house and I could use this cash in the bank for that when the time comes.

I'm asking 25K. That price is firm since the car has been lovingly driven and you're getting a great deal for an STI that hasn't been abused plus still has plenty of new car warranty left. Also the new Impreza's look like your Grandma's Corollas and I know this 06 STI won't depreciate that much the next few years.

I also have an extra set of RE070's unmounted and an extra set of stock STI BBS' wheels with PA2 snow tires with tons of tread. If you buy the car I'll include both sets to sweeten the deal.

I'm getting serious about selling this car. I'd love to keep it but 2 cars is an expense and a hassle. PM me if interest. Engine, trans, interior is mint. Exterior has normal wear for a 2 year old car, currently has 17K miles.

I really miss it, it was a very difficult decision for me to sell it.

Amazingly, the very next day after you bought it, I had to go to Home Depot and when I left the store and walked out to the parking lot guess what was parked next to my car? Yep, a stock 06 CGM STI, seriously I'm not making this up. I almost called you to beg for the car back!
