Cool FS: CO - 05 STi - Over $4,500 in mods - Must See!!!

I love my STi to death, and would really love to keep her, but a new job has made me decide to look toward some other options.

Please feel free to ask any questions, I can post new and more specific pictures as requested. (My phone pics will have to do for now, as the digital camera is out being fixed)

The Basics

FOR SALE: 2005 Subaru Impreza WRX STi

Miles: 27,xxx – I will be driving this to and from work until I sell – About 7 miles per day + weekends.

Warranty: Complete coverage to 30,000 miles. Standard Subaru warranty also attached.

Maintance: Oil changed w/ Mobil 1 every 2,500-3000 miles, w/ OEM Subaru filters.

Title: Clean & free of any accidents whatsoever
CarFax: CarFax report is clear, I can provide one to serious buyers

How Much?: Asking $28,500 – Or best offer.
KBB has a stock STi w/ 27,000 miles listed @ $26,740 in good condition, and $28,255 for excellent condition. My STi is right between Good and Excellent, she has gone through a Vail winter. There is over $4,500 in modifications to this car alone.

Ownership: I am the second owner of this car, she lived in LA for 17,000 miles of her life. When I bought her, there wasn’t a scratch to be seen. I bought the car 100% stock from a gentleman who had babied the car…I unfortunately have never been able to take this car to the track, I was planning on it this summer, but won’t have the time. (Or the car haha). Otherwise, for the 10,000 miles I’ve had, she’s been driven lightly for the most part, I’ve only had a few spirited runs last fall…then the snow came.

Modifications
I’ve put over $4,500 in mods into this car – Another heartbreaking reason that I hate to see her go…

Cobb AccessPort v2 – Flashed to Stage 2 @ 91 oct
Helix cat-less downpipe
Apexi-N1 cat-back
Tein hood dampers
Cleared headlights
Prosport gauges (Boost, EGT & Voltage)
Autometer gauge pod (Clock replacement)
Rally Armor mud flaps w/ blue logo
JDM IC-Spray switch

Audio / Video
(This system is a very clean sounding SQ type system [the volume can be turned very high with no distortion], not a bass banging SPL setup…although it could be turned into one quite easily)

Pioneer D1 Touchscreen radio / Navigation
Sirius tuner connected to the D1, radio displays on the touchscreen – No external unit
Alpine MRP-F450 100wx4 chan RMS speaker amp
Infinity 6010cs component speakers hooked up to the Alpine amp (Front)
JBL GTO526 Coaxial speakers amped to the Alpine (Rear)
Dynamat Xtreme full door panels in the front
Dynamat Xtreme 10x10” squares surrounding the rear speakers
Rockford Fosgate 500x2 amp in the rear
Two 12” JL 12w6s in a sealed box in the trunk amped to the Fosgate amp
Developers Xbox w/ 250GB hard drive – Loaded w/ media center: games, movies, music, etc.
Xbox includes 1 wireless controller

Tires

Currently Hankook 409 winter tires on the silver BBS wheels. These were bought brand new last season – there’s at least 1 or 2 more winters on them.
3 of the stock RE070s w/ 20K miles on them, plus another replacement 225/45/17 with about 2-4K on it – The RE070s have at least 1 more summer on them.

Extras
Used AEM Cold Air Intake, needs a new filter
You should get tuned for a CAI before installing this
A-pillar 3 gauge pod, fits 52mm gauges
Stock snorkus + ram air scoop
The car has been running w/o the snorkus and scoop for about 1,000 miles – No harm to the car
Stock downpipe
Fumoto valve (Used to make changing your oil 100x easier, easy as flipping a switch)
6 OEM Subaru oil filters, STi versions

Pictures

Please look @ My Cardomain.com webpage for some more pictures, especially of the audio install. I literally have 100s of pictures, I tried to pick and choose a good variety, please ask if you’d like a picture of something else !
