It's time to sell the STi in order to buy a house later this summer.

2006 STi
Aspen White
Silver Rims w/ stock RE070s (I have gold too if someone prefers)
2600 Miles
Subaru Factory Alarm
Auto Dimming Mirror w/ Homelink
Factory Subwoofer / Amp
Center Armrest Extension
Subaru Winter Mats and Stock Blue Mats
Otherwise stock.

The wheels were a kind of dirty. I'll have to get some better pictures soon

Comes with Rota Torque's (excellent shape) mounted w/ new snow tires shown here in this bad picture:

$29,500.00 obo.

The car has been garaged since day one. Not a ding, dent, or scratch. Still smells like a new car and it still has some of the new car stickers in it

Mechanically the car has been very pampered. It has had it's oil changed twice already during the proper brake-in period. I'm very anal about my cars, who rides in them, how they treat the car, no food or drink, etc. This is my second STi, so I already know what they are about.

I know your pain (almost). I just bought a house in October and nearly had to part with my car. I've stuck it out and so far I'm keeping my head above water. Good luck with the sale and with the purchase of your new pad.
