I'm applying for graduate school which begins in August, so I want to lower my car payment in anticipation of having less disposable income. Never been to a track, and never had any problem. Currently has 19,900 miles. Has new Bridgestone Potenza RE050a tires due to nail destroying OE tire (still have 2 RE070s the car came with, with decent tread left). Obviously, the car is under warranty, 3/36k bumper-bumper, 5/60k powertrain. I had the dealer perform the first 2 oil changes, then switched to Mobil1 synthetic, which I change myself and check regularly(w/ oem oil filters, 3 extra will come with car). It looks new inside and out.

Selling for $28,000 !! NOW $26,500 !!, which is a little less than I see people asking. Never tracked. No problems. I have little to complain about with this car, it is so versatile. Keeping it current. Open to trade offers as well for a car in the ~$12k range, specifically a e36 bmw 328 or M3 5spd.

Some canadian dealer offered to fly down, meet me personally, and buy immediately (today) for $26,800 (is that normal?). I'll wait until I get a little more, though and from a local private party.

i know the price on my 06 sti isnt gunna be that low i had the dealership offer me 29,500 it only has 2k miles but still..

try the dealership nearest you!!!

I called my dealership and they acted like they wouldn't even give me 27, but that they would call me back. They never called. Maybe I'll wait for the Suby special vehicle exchange program to apply to '07 model years.

FYI I'm open to trades for 2.5rs or WRX sedans and wagons.
