Default What do you guys think of this? (WRX-->STi swap)

Some of you may remember me, I've been here and there on this board asking questions. I've wanted an '05 STi for about a year now but then I was starting to lean towards an '04 G35 mostly because it is more affordable. However, I fell back in love with STi's and came across "this one":

Cars For Sale: Car Details - AutoTrader.com

Now, I've done my share of research as far as buying a used STi and what not, but what comes into play with something like this? What should I be looking for? What do you guys think? Thanks.

I am selling my 2005 WRX Impreza with 2006 STI front end swap, 2006 STI motor swap, 2004 STI 6spd Transmission swap for sale. Its basically a fully swapped running STI inside out. All Subaru genuine parts were used. The 06 STI front end swap was done because of a front end fender bender. The 2006 STI motor had 4 miles when i swapped it and now only has about 14k miles. The swap is complete with full engine and interior harness. The 2004 STI transmission and rear end is also complete and fully working DCCD with R180 rear differential. The car also has 2007 STI hubs front and rear with a full 5x114.3 conversion. The car been slightly modified with the following Engine Mods: Invidia Up-pipe Stromung DWG Downpipe Suspension: Whiteline 24-26mm FSB Exterior: RB320 Mesh Grill Upper only (have the lower, not installed) 06 Rear diffuser 06 Rear bumper conversion OZ Superleggera 18x8 ET35 w/ Falken ZE912 235/40/18 tires (5k miles) Never been on track, never been on auto-x. Daily driven with full maintenance. The car is 100% mechanically working, no issues, never had any issues. Ice cold A/C, Looks & runs great, Maintenance records available, Must see, New tires, All scheduled maintenance. Im the first and original owner!
First red flag: New front end due to crash

Second red flag: 2005 and up = 5x114.3 so nothing was "converted" as he claims it to be. And just FYI, I've seen higher milage STI swaps going for more $$, so just be careful. If you go to look at it make sure all the body panels line up and there's no sign of overspray anywhere.

The fact that he only upgraded the front sway bar leads me to believe he was in fact auto-xing, as we all know, rear sway bar's bump you up to the uber class

The owner of the car has been a member of this forum for a while. His username is 02sys and he actually has a thread on here with his car for sale.

Oh, cool I didn't know. I think I should just try to earn the extra cash and get a real '05; but to that seller: good luck with the sale. Thanks for the replies.
