2006 STi, 35k miles. Excellent condition, local, one-owner car. Adult owned, always garaged and well maintained. Oil changed every 3-4k miles with only Amsoil Synthetic and Subaru black filters. No accidents or major mechnical issues. Only warranty work was to recently repair a small leak in a rear differential seal. Differential and transmission fluids were replaced by dealer at that time as well. Coolant replaced at 30k miles, and air filter at 20k. Still running stock brake pads, in good shape.

Interior and stereo are completely stock, nothing ever cut-up or installed. Exterior is in great shape, few minor rock dings, and one scratch on the front bumper. Wheels are excellent, no curb rash. Tires are good, probably about 40%.

Mildly upgraded to improve power and handling without sacrificing drivablity. This car is my daily driver for commuting between Oregon City and Beaverton, so I don't abuse it. I truly love driving this car, but new baby forces sale. $25,000.

I just signed up on this forum page just so I could reply to you. I'm very interested in your STI and it looks garage/clean kept and something that I really like. I have a 2008 Galaxy Grey Civic Si that has 12k miles on it. i purchased it back in February and it's an amazing car. I have some bolt ons (exhaust, header, intake, pulleys, torque dampener) but they're simple. I decided I wanted something faster and fits my needs better. I see your looking for something more economical so I have my car to offer to you. I do, however, have low monthly payments on the car and they are very affordable.
