FS Michigan 2005 Silver STI - BONE STOCK

It's sad to even type this but I need to sell the STI. It's been a GREAT car and runs awesome but I have to let it go.

It's Silver with Silver rims and has Potenzas with about 70% tread and will
come with Yoko Winter tires with about 70% tread.

Great shape, no surprises, no accidents, carfax included.

I bought it last February from a Nissan Dealer in Chicago after and extensive search. It had about 33k on it and I drove it daily (100 mile commute total per day) and it's NEVER been raced or modified. I did put a better stereo in it and tinted the windows (low tint on the front). I've run synthetic since I bought it and I'm the 2nd owner. Adult owned and respected.

You didn't list the mileage and the asking price is quite high, fyi.

It's got about 77k. I know the price is high and it is negotible, but I owe a little over 25k. I know, I know - I was upside down in my trade.

I'd be willing to entertain any serious offers but I have to get a fair price. I left it stock on purpose as that was what I wanted. I was fearful that somebody beat the crap out of a mod'd car so I wanted a fresh start which is what I'm offering to someone else. The car runs and drives GREAT!

KBB on the car w/ 77K miles in "EXCELLENT" condition is $18K, I highly doubt you'll get more than that. If the car had a decent amount of mods and around 20K miles on it, your 23K asking price would be fine.

Yes, I was looking at bluebook and then I looked on cars.com. They are asking quite a bit more. I'm hoping it's a supply & demand thing. Most of the cars are modded and I'm hopeful that because mine isn't - that will help. I'm in a bit of a pickle, so we'll see...

Worst case - I keep the car. Not a bad situation to be in. We just need a something bigger and my wife is eye ballin the 4 runner. So I guess I'd consider a trade...
